According to Law of Human‟s Rights recognized and proclaimed by the United Nations, in this regard, a Worldly-citizen is also considered as one lord of the World.

About the Term “The World”

The World comes into to existence in support of causal elements which depend on one another.

About the Term “Universal World”

The Universal World has three fundamental structures to rely on one another: 1. The World, 2. The Worldly-Theory, 3. The Permanent Theory of the World.

About the Term “Social World”

Social World has got three kinds of living natures to survive in it, they come in a bond of causal relations as there spheres: 1.sphere of green-plants, 2.sphere of human-beings, and 3. sphere of animals.

About Human-Being or Humanity

If it has to describe based on scholars‟ view from the West, a human-being would have three portions of aggregation as 1. The Head, 2. The Body, and 3. The Limbs. Meanwhile, based on the view of the East, a human-being also has got three fundamental parts as: 1.The Mind, 2.The Life, 3. The Social-Body. In entire aspect of the physical-body, there is an entity called the Mind spotting as the most prominent-entity to be recognized thus as a leader of the self or the Ego. In this respect, by psychological-interpretation has strongly endorsed that the mind needs justice, the life needs independence, the social-body which can be compared to a social-family, or social nation, or a social-world requires the same state that is peace. Likewise, the term "Human-being or Human kind", with just this single word alone is utterly and completely considered as a human-person who love justice the most, for this reason, one must be capable to reasons, cognizes of vices and of good-deeds, cognizes of fruitfulness and of destructiveness, cognizes of gratitude and of betrayal. In the present day, a person without virtue is recognized as an ambitious person, who is deluded, greedy and thus get confused till a point that s/he dares to use power given to them above the law, they have such huge purposes to grasp the entire world using the world as their personal real-estates alone. They often fabricate, elaborate, invent, exaggerate situations of events as good and bad, making it getting so confused so complicated; they mostly and often adopt forces of power in a cruel way to like the beast, dare to put their hands on taking away human‟s lives, Though that happened once in a while, it would take hundreds to thousands and from thousands to millions of lives, barely happened in the past. If you want to clearly know the truth, you can just go to history or check on news about the World‟s situations these days.

About the Beast

Beasts survive by their instincts of naturalism. They know how to eat, how to pleasure, and how to procreate well without getting confused at all. Beasts conduct themselves in a perfect sense of being obedient to its leader. They live in purity; they are not so greedy. If they catch a prey or find food, a single beast only eats to be full; what has left behind it does not matter how much it remains whatever comes after that could eat the remaining. About Natural Knowledge

In the World, there are four fundamental types of knowledge: 1. Knowing, 2. Recognizing, 3. Perceiving, 4. Cognition. This fundamental knowledge is a magnificent legacy given by the Mother Nature rendering to mankind and creature of all kinds; authentically therefore, receiving these 4 knowledges without having a master, but requires functioning to self-learn from the beginning of birth, right at the moment the four knowledge essentially take place from that time on so that the capability of such knowledge starts to take form from knowing, recognizing, perceiving, and cognition till reaching puberty.

This works the same way for humans, they have been rendered with these 4 knowledges as well, just that a human-person gets five of the knowledges compare to a beast. The added one which makes the five out of the four distinguishes humans from animals, is known as the ability to reason “Vijjã” enables humans to apply reasons, to ponder, to instinct, etc. For instances, when one creature is born even to a human baby, one will able to cry, to laugh, to sleep, to walk, etc., without nobody teaches; s/he will continue after that till arrives at a state of being able to recognize, beginning to recognize their parents then moving on to perceiving or comprehension of things as whether to laugh, to cry, or to enjoy, etc., from this on it comes to cognition as cognizing that somebody is contacting to itself, cognizes the state of being hungry, being cold or being hot, etc. Therefore, all of these are considered as “Natural Knowledge” because requires no teachers to grant all of these, for this fact, this is considered as one of the significant canon in which pioneering all knowledges for working along with the sense of reason „Rationalization‟ to conduct consideration, discovering any other wisdom of all kinds in the World. However, when one takes the sense of reason to contemplate, combining with other four knowledges; it will make certain condition into a perfect sense of enumerated orders coming in right sequences, which means this must conduct knowledge after another one as following then reverses it from cognition to comprehension, from comprehension to recognition, from recognition to knowing (know how to, ability to certain things). For example, if one wants to build a house made by cement, when the person sees a cement house that person would begin to think, in this regard, s/he cognizes that this house is rocky; the person cognizes that the house is built out of many elements, after this the process of knowledge has to go backward to comprehend or perceiving state as comprehend that the house is made by a collection of sands, gravels, bricks, etc., later this keeps continuing backward to recognition-state as recognizing that how sands would be like, how cement, gravels and bricks would be like, etc., right from that, it continues backward further to knowing-state as coming to knowing that how to choose right location, knowing how to mix all those subtle elements through ways or techniques of cementation, etc.

If one wishes for any Worldly-knowledge, in case, s/he puts high commitment to study, one will become a Doctorate, a writer, a scholar, a philosopher, a scientist in the World because essentially that which will enable s/he to know, to recognize, to perceive, to cognize or realize profoundly until reaching the ultimate truth thus could become an Enlightened-sage in accordance to the power of determination s/he has put, even to those causative-entities of 84.000 meanings in both dimensions Spirituality and Corporeality indeed. The process has to be taken by only one way as mentioned detail above.

About Natural Law

The code-law belongs to the Law of Nature has three articles: Article 1.The Extreme-Law, Article 2.The Law of Universal-Relativity, and Article 3.The Law of Divine-Justice. The Extreme-Law states about ageing-state of all living-beings in the World, the first state thing appears to flourish, the second state subjects to deforming or changes, the final state decays or dies out, beginning to lose all life supporting-elements becoming completely empty as regular and usual; that can be compared to the Sun symbolizes the notion of daringly rise therefore daringly fall, daringly born therefore daringly die, daringly meet therefore daringly split away. This happens to both sentient-insentient and living/nonliving beings without compromising of to clarify as yes or no, in general, these traits are known as the universal trait of ordinary.

About Law of Universal Relativity

The law of Universal Relativity is always embraced with compassion, relation of dependent, magnanimity between parents to children and to all relatives who come to arise with them; thus in return, the children would pay back the gratitude to the parents in reason of pursuing continuity of the family‟s lineage of origins and to live together in regard of being dependent on each other, this is called the Law of Universal Relativity or the law of Causal Relation.

About Law of Justice

Reasons base on law of Justice are determined by power of causes & effects that have to come along with other power of dual-balanced-state, which is the power of two balanced things that come through every aspect of motion and activities that have absolute ability to determine the ultimate truth. This is the most important factor of all in the World for determining truth, nothing else can be found besides this factor. The reason is that, in this World there is no such thing comes into being by escaping out of the line of causes & effects, meaning that if one commits whatever acts one would receive certain effects by that kind of acts accordingly as one did in return, this goes like an old slogan saying that "Every act is your legacy." It is like this happens this way; because one does it this way, so one often receives consequences this way; all of these sayings not only happen to humans, but also happen to Gods, to Indras, to Brahmas, and to whatever the hell of considered holy things even could not fix or change or exaggerate things to be out of essence of this state of law, by this regard here is referring to the force of the Law of Justice in this World.

About the Sequential Order on the Theory of the Universal Law

Universally, it is a must to grasp Law entity as the most supreme being of all; however, if we require law to be truly powerful and most prestigious then anything, until we know how to conduct measure by a rule of law to make it becomes endowed in the right sequential order. The measurement of the rule of law has three main figures: 1.Eliminate all the evil acts, 2.Cultivate all the good-acts, 3.Operate and cut everything to be precise and clear by judgment.

About the Evolution of the World

According to the legacy offered by the Media-Age emerges today between the past and the present, had recorded everything throughout history of the world, is now used to reflect and to pin-point on any true stories, any true events that had happened before and right now. These events are very noticeable to regard as concrete evidences; some still remain until now as in the same forms to be observed as an alarming history to the World and its people which have not awaked yet. The Planet-Earth has gone through many catastrophes, many dark ages of fear, of obstacles, in which had been laid under a dark curtain for a long period of time, and through thousands, millions of generations of humanity that ever took place long ago; these passages of unsolved legacy remained until today having such a traumatic impact on the present generation. In spite of the fact that human-beings and the World can survive till now, still the World is at a huge dilemma with countless of issues continue to occur as small or big, so many varieties of problems which lie down under pressure and press of threatening activities made by humans. These threats are all putting more burdens onto the World, and expanding its forms into many events like a New Year celebration parades once and more comes endlessly. To end right here, about trait of truth, where there is oppression, there is resistance happening as usual in the World, nothing ever changes yet!

About Recognition of Any Crises

Any crises which have happened in the World are remarkable, and among those crises there are deadly crises to be thoughtful of such as: crisis of human‟s history, crisis of World-leading-politics, crisis of power governing the World, crisis of educational knowledge standing for the World, crisis of solutions handling the world, crisis of World-Supportive-Natural-Resources to sustain the World, crisis of World-advantages to share, crisis of World-Natural-Disasters sabotaging the World, etc. Among all these crises, it can be clearly manifested by people‟s eyes already that our world is being at a very highly risk, and these crises are almost utterly derived from leaders of every nations in the World who drive the wheel of political power. In addition, all kinds of activities which are considered in categories of crimes and that are remarkable, which ever used to happen in so many events as usual such as crimes against ethnicity, crimes against worldly-natural resources, crimes against humanity, crimes of weapon proliferation, crimes of expanding drugs against the law of the World, etc., they never happen by themselves without reasons. However, despite having those crimes occurred, there has to be root traces of causes indulging them to happen consecutively; this goes as ever happened from previous generations and has continued to proliferate sequentially until today. To demonstrate clearly, together with all the issues mentioned above, have been happening and thus becoming as an alarming emergency as faults in our history that are done by our political leaders of the World, utterly.
Based on described crimes with all the crises in the World, all are suppressive acts and tortures indeed, by which people of all nations in the World should be startle of, should be panic so much. Therefore, in this moment of stance, the people of the World seem to have no more trust, no more hope on their leaders for them have no solutions to tackle such problems that exist within boundary of individual nation and to the whole World. All to do is endure, is to get together for worshiping Gods, praying for blesses for help in an expectation to reach will-power as well as attention of political leaders in the World so that they might hear it and could become fully awake to change the mindsets, their attitude that they have had before as mean, cruel, instead switching themselves to be the kind of leader who embraces herself by codes of humanitarian-law, to be the kind of leader who is full of characteristic-figure in humanism in each of them, for uniting together leading politics in the World via peaceful path continuously and sustainably.

Dues to any reasons above which have precisely taken place, only can be experienced until these day that people are clearly comprehensive, clearly cognitive, and clearly recognized about the so far conducted principles as well as directions of those leaders in the World, especially with a majority number of those powerful states, that they lead toward collecting power, toward invasion, toward expansion of geographical land and sea, culture, also lead toward collecting money, valuable resources and properties from other countries. They lead only toward a bargaining economic as between loss or gain, so that they could be expanded themselves in term of ambitions to become bigger, stronger than others, and that to become the most powerful in the World.

It is very precise to see that because of the dependent-factors that come in as causal relations, leading to a clear social slot that people of each nation in the world, some of them have fallen into poverty-stricken; some are being suffered of division from their parents, children, and spouses. What is more, some families lost even their territory as well as their home-country; some have been living under colonization of powerful states, some are living in their own country but being threatened by other countries that have stronger might and bigger muscles, thus they do whatever they want to do. Some people run out of their country in a scattered-image, making the world so complicated. Some go to others‟ country asking for refuge that may be virtuous and have compassion to rescue lives for a reason of the same humanity who live in same the World that barely exists. On the other hand, it is so skeptical that with such act of any invasion, oppression, trample, intimidate, expansion, massacre of ethnics were likely possible to have happened at moments of the past as there was no World authority and legitimacy to govern the Earth, however, if we look at the World today, there is a law-institution represents the United Nations for governing the whole World, that is a power appears to be universally accepted, but the question is why? Why are there still some people acting in concert to build weapons and proliferate weapons of mass-destruction more and more unceasingly? What is more, they even make their efforts to boast themselves, to yell and to despise each other relentlessly. In contrast, for poor countries either small or big, they have been struggling, and fighting toward seeking their own independence, but they appeared to have been seen unmoved, which is still being under colonization by those powerful countries unchangeably.

Anyhow, time has passed through until this moment that people of the World seem to have been appeared with hopes, feeling joyful and safe because they can see such institution of laws belonged to the UN as the only one shade for them to rely on and to get sheltered. Especially, what is more wonderful than this, is that the UN has law designates on Human‟s Right, which is a paramount important meaning that every mankind has the same equal right to share responsibility as the owner of the World equally by law; within that the Worldly-citizens or the people of the World want nothing else, but strongly expecting to see the UN has truly become in full dimension of herself, gets her true power to be essentially meaningful by right code of sequential order as the universal law, and as of universal essence. People want this law-institution of the UN to have one unified constitution serving as the most supreme-force of the World; instead of manifesting anything which stands above the law, meaning that they do not want the power of the law to toe the line or be yielded under any powerful countries at all and after all. It is so convinced that if the request above cannot be fulfilled or meet the demand for the people of the World, the World will indeed not be able to escape from annihilation, destruction and suffering in the very near future.

About the World’s Situation and its Direction

The World‟s situation right now and before both still remained the same unchanged, which is at a hazard, so the main direction of the World aims at peace. The term „Peace‟ is not easy to put or as that likely term which can be heard by the Medias. If it has to make an analogy it goes this way with a human‟s body as that peace only comes when that body of a person is not cripple by any parts of it or malfunction in the nervous system of the five senses which are eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and contact body. The body has to be freed out of any disease as well, what about the situation of the World right now? Is the World at peace? Is the World better improved or worse? Now, can we premise that the World is at peace? (The mind has not even mentioned in here yet as to define peace.)

About the Canon of Peace

Something that can bring up to existence of the Canon of peace consists of three erudite knowledges. Only if humanity can afford to cultivate for these knowledge to flourish in men and women then peace would occur. Actually, there is no need to spend much resources, no need to build mass-destructive weapons of any kinds, no need to carry weapons all along anywhere or to mess by sneaking around, to prevail, to boast, to oppress, to be aggressive, or to intimidate others, neither nor to worship Gods or preying to one at all, as long as only if humanity in the entire World are able to think, and to consider thoroughly this way that all human-beings are organically born from the same family-lineage. In this aspect, we are relatively connected as brothers and sisters, just having differences regarding to color of skin and spoken-languages, thus if we agree to unify our view, to compromise our common-sense for authentic peace this will even go easier than peeling a banana skin. The thing is that how to make people of each nations to come to know well of these triple human-fundamental-knowledge is very crucial for peace to emerge within anyone of them: 1.Humanitarian fundamentalism, 2.Knowledge of ethical-humanism, 3.Knowledge of behavioral-humanism, only people become well familiar of these knowledge; only then peace will assuredly emerge 100 percent. What is more important than that is that the burden of peace is in the charge of the UN wholly; therefore, if the UN really aspires for peace, she just needs to promulgate such principle of law, principle of knowledge as well as principle of politics for entire humanity in the globe to study and to practice for everyone to become proficient for this tranquil knowledge and law together, making sure that nobody is left behind. It is do paramount and very important to put all of these wisdom(s) into study curriculums in any schools around the world so that people could become proficient of this from young age; this has to let go growth in prevalence like flower seeds scattering throughout every individual person of the world, that moment, only that moment by which the light of authentic peace can truly begin to glow and shine the whole World to be harmonious. Only by that moment, human beings of all nations can begin to clearly see each other, recognizing each other as brothers & sisters as relative, no longer collides each other, no more hatred, no more burning anger of one another, no more complicated quarrels, shootings, or fighting against anyone. The value of these triple-wisdom(s) has tremendous amount of wonderfulness, in this case, if it falls on any individual nations, with the first wisdom brings you with respect, the second wisdom brings you with trust, and the third wisdom brings you with companionship and love. If these knowledges of peace are truly embraced by the World, then lives of people will turn into harmony forever last till ageing in death. There is nothing in the World which humans cannot do, it is just that they agree or not agree to do it only.

Suggestion

Wanting to know, wanting to hear, wanting to reach a certain state of possibility that people in the World turn united, begin to change their mindsets, their views so that they shall wake up to consider an exploration for answer of elements, of reality, of origins in a quest to knowing the only lineage-origin that initiated from the same human-being of this World. Only that moment comes, they will be able to drop off fault-hood of their contentious identities as well as their mindsets, instead of that, replacing them with love and companionship as brothers & sisters, knowing how to behaving mild, honest, and able to live together as one God‟s big family, one God‟s lineage of the same humanity, which is fully embraced by sentiment between each other.

About any Kinds of Beliefs in the World

Whether One Should Believe Constantly or Should Consider Before Believing?

In the present day of the World, the Worldly-scholars have discovered such causes & effects of almost everything, in this regard, even found out such reason that how the World was created, where humanity comes from, where knowledge comes from, and where such a law is derived from and being enacted, with all these things they all know. Therefore, in respect to the people of the World, some have ability to apply high technology; whatever they want they will have it for sure; for this reason, anyone should keep in mind as a discipline in regard to the Tenfold-Beliefs as forever binds in your everyday life. Do not rush to believe in anything by simply hearing because it could be a fraud or a lie. When it comes to you by means of sentimental persuade, entice, praise, or lullaby, etc., most of these propagandas are subtle, and deceitful for deceivers to succeed whatever goal they have planned, or have desired from us as the people. Do not simply believe that there is somebody besides us but loves us more than loves himself, also do not believe that there is nobody who is not us but loves us less than loves himself, a mixture of forces within this existence is always a huge possibility of this world and to the entire cosmos.

The Tenfold-Belief

1. Do not just believe in rumors which are heard by people.

2. Do not just believe in things which people do in the following of traditions that remained from past.

3. Do not just believe in folktales or story-tales.

4. Do not just rely on or believe in scriptures or books of mere religions.

5. Do not just believe in thoughts of consideration and reasons which have just been found out.

6. Do not believe in anything that works just right after certain clues given.

7. Do not just believe in visible attitude, physicality, or clear view of external vision that could easily be seen or observed.

8. Do not believe in anything which just comes in line with your point of view or your religion.

9. Do not just believe in mere authority or those with more knowledge.

10. Do not just believe in anybody who even happens to be your master.

Determination

I would like to participate or to join such debates to solve all kinds of problems in the World accordingly to what capacity I have had by the means of law, unconditionally.
