The World should not be Allowed to Become Food of War

We as Cambodian citizens and the citizens of the world; also we are the representative team of the Blogger named "Voice for Humanity's Values" under address: #30, St. 371, Teuk Thla district, Sen Sok commune, Phnom Penh Cambodia.

Statement of appealed

Respectfully yours: His Excellency António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, please be informed.

Objective: Request for Secretary General to take immediate preventive action by eliminating the 4 bonfires of calamities, among those consist of the bonfire of World War III as such. To save a world that is on a verge of collapse and to build a new bright future.

Reverences: 

-In the current situation, the World has become a War-market for big countries to make war-trades, weapons trafficking, trading in all kinds of war-equipment and trafficking in bad-wastes and so on.

-Following the decline of Worldly-protective-power, these include Universal-Legal-Power, Universal-Intellectual-Power, Universal-Political-Power, and the Global-Guiding-Power, by which all of these have been abused and almost disappeared.

    In response to the objectives and references above, as Cambodian Citizens as well as citizens of the World, we have the honor to inform the Secretary General please notice well: Within the authority border of the UN today is facing four major crises as: 1.crisis of wicked and unjustified-activities, 2.crisis of aggression, 3.crisis of political-challenge of ideologies, and 4.crisis of war over benefits. Technically, they are called the flames of the 4 calamities. Let me clarify whenever these 4 major problems occur, solutions will just also occur at that moment. By comparison, whenever a human life forms, death will also be there at the time pushing each other's company until the day of death comes claiming what it shall take.

    In conclusion, all issues and crises the UN is confronting today are not the issues happening in this 20th or 21st century. It was, however, the negligent history of mankind back to more than 3000 years ago which had laid down to us, whereas we the people of this generation only take responsibility, and continue to consume it. Due to the above description, as the guardian of the United Nations along with many other administrative organizations and leaders of nations, must have duty and be fully responsible for solving these issues unconditionally. So that opportunities could be given to the citizen of the world consisting more than 7 billion people for them to be able to build honor and dignity of theirs in four civilized manners:

1.Power and dignity as integrity and justice.

2.Power and dignity as independence and unity.

3.Power and dignity as peace.

4.Power and dignity as safety.

    Addressing and solving major global issues and also build a new bright future for the the world is a very essential prerogative of the United Nations to manage. Whereas, we as the citizen of the world have the right to provide ideas of solutions for solving and to build a new world together only. On the contrary, if any unit or individual dares to oppose or obstruct by other means that particular unit or that individual must be fully responsible for any destructions which will happen to the World through legal means.
