Cause Has Consequence, Loan Has Its Creditor

The World these days has been governed by the United Nations in which is swirled in flux of forces of Mundane issues include Political issue, Cultural issue, Social issue, Economic issue, and Religious issue. All these matters are driven by merely the clash between the two most Super powerful doctrines as the World of Communist and the World of Democracy. Together the two have created many challenges over time to compete each other for dominate the Earth, thus has turned this World-ship consisting of humans' lives approximately more than 7 billions people under the supervision of the UN at tremendous risk.
This ship of the World with its UN as the captain ; both therefore have been struck severely by a hurricane of the two super powerful forces as of the Left-wing and the Right-wing swept arbitrarily in time. By this reason, it turns the ultimate organization (ship) the captain becoming null and numb, so she loses her 6 traits of integrity as the following: 
1. Losing her integrity to manage the World.
2. Losing her integrity to guide the World.
3. Losing her integrity to govern the World. 
4. Losing her integrity to protect the World.
5. Losing her integrity to support the World.
6. Losing her integrity to define (judge) the World.

According to these, it has brought the UN to face all kinds of obstacles with a simplicity that the UN is biased to the democratic side which against its truly neutral stance. For this fact, it has caused the communist side became so unacceptable due to this World-governor is biased. 
In a situation by which the World is facing many crises right now, as in the name of a human-being what do you think? In the name of Cambodians, should one let the World go destructive or should one find strategical solution to rescue the World? In the name of rational human-being, who has studied so far through time until emergence of many scholars have arisen if the World and humanity go perished the name of those so called scholars will be no-value to be called at all.
